| 摘要 |
分析儿童偏肺病毒肺炎止咳祛痰口服液辅助治疗中针对性护理的干预效果。方法 选取我院近1年多（2019年10月-2021年03月）收治的60例HMPV检测阳性的肺炎，均采用止咳祛痰口服液辅助治疗，回顾临床资料。将实施针对性护理的30例患儿作为观察组，将实施常规护理的30例患儿作为对照组。观察两组护理效果。结果 干预后，观察组患儿有效喂药率更高，与对照组相比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；随访中，患儿家长满意度更高，与对照组相比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在行止咳祛痰口服液辅助治疗儿童偏肺病毒肺炎中实施针对性护理，可帮助患儿更好的服用药物，提高用药依从性。与此同时，还能提高患儿家长对服务的满意度，临床应用价值确切。

| Abstract |
Objective to analyze the effect of targeted nursing intervention in the auxiliary treatment of children with metapneumovirus pneumonia with Zhike Qutan oral liquid. Methods 60 cases of hMPV positive pneumonia treated in our hospital for more than one year (October 2019 March 2021) were treated with Zhike Qutan oral liquid as adjuvant therapy, and the clinical data were reviewed. The 30 children who received targeted nursing care were taken as the observation group, and the 30 children who received routine nursing care were taken as the control group. The nursing effects of the two groups were observed. Results After the intervention, the effective drug feeding rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (p<0.05); During the follow-up, the parents satisfaction of the children was higher than that of the control group (p<0.05). Conclusion the implementation of targeted nursing in the auxiliary treatment of children with metapneumovirus pneumonia with xingzhike Qutan oral liquid can help children take drugs better and improve medication compliance. At the same time, it can also improve the parents satisfaction with the service, and the clinical application value is accurate.
