Frailty is a kind of Geriatric syndrome, closely related to adverse event of fall down, in hospital, disability, death, etc. The old people with inpatient, mental disorders and frailty is a widely existing phenomenon. The article review the concept of the old people with inpatient, mental disorders and frailty, the evaluation tool, epidemiologic study, influencing factor, intervening method and future research trend, provide the basis of intervention plan of the old people with inpatient, Mental disorders and Frailty in China.
