摘要
【目的】针对养殖业粪污处理难题,本研究探索了一种高效、环保的粪污处理新技术,以实现养殖粪污的减量化、无害化和资源化利用,为养殖业可持续发展提供技术支撑。【方法】本研究采用改进型异位发酵床技术,利用复合微生物菌群对养殖粪污进行处理。通过微生物菌落重组,优化发酵床的运行参数,以提高畜禽粪污处理效率。【结果】经过3个月的运行,发酵床垫料有机质含量达到36.7%,总养分质量分数为6.68%,pH为7.85,粪大肠菌群数为23个/g,蛔虫卵死亡率为99.3%;重金属含量较低(总砷6.68mg/kg、总镉0.39mg/kg、总铅24.26mg/kg、总铬78.73mg/kg、总汞0.18mg/kg)。上述指标均优于我国有机肥标准。同时,发酵床的含水量控制在50%~60%,比传统发酵床(含水量60%~70%)要低10%左右,进一步提高了粪污的处理效果。【结论】本研究改进的异位发酵床技术,不仅为解决养殖业粪污处理难题提供了新的技术途径,还为养殖业增创附属经济效益,具有广泛的应用前景和推广价值,对于推动养殖业可持续发展具有重要意义。
Abstract
【Objective】Targeting the manure treatment challenges in animal husbandry, this study explored a novel, high-efficiency, and environmentally friendly manure treatment technology. The goal was to realize the reduction, harmlessness, and resource utilization of animal husbandry, and offer tech- nical support for the sustainable development of the animal husbandry. 【Method】In this study, the en- hanced off-site fermentation bed technology was employed to treat manure using complex microbial flora. Operation parameters of the fermentation bed, were optimized through microbial colony recombination to boost the efficiency of manure treatment. 【Result】After three months of operation, the organic matter con- tent of the fermented mattress material reached 36. 7% , the total nutrient content was 6. 68% , the pH was 7. 85, the number of fecal coliforms was 23, and the mortality rate of ascaris eggs was 99. 3% . The heavy metal content was relatively low (TAs = 6. 68 mg / kg, TCd = 0. 39 mg / kg, TPb = 24. 26 mg / kg, TCr= 78. 73 mg / kg, THg = 0. 18 mg / kg). These key indicators outperformed China
