摘要
【目的】研究配方施肥对多花黄精产量和品质的影响,找到最优施肥配比,指导多花黄精生产实践。【方法】选取生长基本一致的4年生多花黄精实生苗为材料,设置氮、磷、钾3个因素,采用三因素三水平正交试验设计,对多花黄精产量和多花黄精多糖、总酚、总皂苷、黄酮4个品质指标进行研究。【结果】施氮有利于多花黄精地上部分生物量和块茎生物量的积累;施磷有利于多花黄精块茎生物量的增加,但随施磷量的增加,块茎生物量呈先增后减趋势;施钾对块茎和地上部分生物量的积累起到了抑制作用。T7(N3P2K1)处理的块茎生物量、地上部分生物量和总生物量均为最大值,较不施肥T9(N1P1K1)分别增加了93.10%、211.63%、123.12%。T7(N3P2K1)处理的黄精总皂苷含量较高,较不施肥处理提高了43.33%;多糖和总酚含量较高的为T4(N1P3K2)和T6(N2P2K2)处理,较不施肥处理均提高了50%以上。通过主成分分析,T7(N3P2K1)处理的得分最高,约为0.77。【结论】配方施肥能够显著提高多花黄精的产量和品质,4年生盆栽多花黄精最佳施肥方案为:氮肥200kg/hm2,磷肥100kg/hm2,钾肥不添加。
Abstract
【Objective】It is to study the effect of formulated fertilization on the yield and quality of Polygonatum cyrtonema, identify the optimal fertilization ratio, and provide guidance for the production practice of P. cyrtonema. 【Method】The yield of P. cyrtonema and its quality indexes of polysaccharides, total phenols, saponins and flavonoids, were studied by using three factors of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, and the three-factor and three-level orthogonal experimental design was adopted. 【Result】The tuber biomass, aerial biomass and total biomass of T7 (N3P2K1) treatment were the maximums, and T9 increased by 93. 10% , 211. 63% and 123. 12% , respectively, compared with the non-fertilization group. The content of saponins in T7 treatment was higher, which was 43. 33% higher than that of the non-fertilization treatment. The contents of polysaccharides and total phenols were high in T4 and T6. Compared to the non-fertilization treatment, the contents of polysaccharides and total phenols in T4 and T6 increased by over 50% . The highest score for the T7 treatment by principal component analysis was approximately 0. 77. 【Conclusion】Formulated fertilization can significantly improve the yield and quality of P. cyrtonema, and the optimal fertilization scheme for 4-year-old potted P. cyrtonema is 200 kg / hm2 of nitrogen fertilizer, 100 kg / hm2 of phosphate fertilizer and no potassium fertilizer.
