摘要
【目的】探讨4种土壤酶活性对多花黄精产量与品质的影响,为其栽培管理提供科学依据。【方法】在湖南省14个样地中测定多花黄精的产量和品质指标,并对样地土壤中磷酸酶、脲酶、脱氢酶、纤维素酶活性进行测定。通过方差分析和相关性分析,评估土壤酶活性对植物产量和药用成分的影响,进一步筛选出关键的土壤酶活性因子。【结果】非根际土磷酸酶活性与块茎鲜重(r=0.372,P<0.05)和干重(r=0.491,P<0.01)呈显著正相关,其活性每增加1单位,鲜重和干重分别提高21.89g与6.63g;非根际土纤维素酶活性对块茎鲜重(β=16.40,P<0.05)和干重(β=8.22,P<0.01)亦具显著正向作用,且每提升1单位可使多糖含量增加6.68mg/g(P<0.05)。脱氢酶活性与折干率呈显著负相关(β=-0.130,P<0.01),表明其活性过高可能抑制干物质积累。根际土酶活性虽普遍高于非根际土,但对植物养分利用的直接影响较弱。此外,磷酸酶活性对皂苷含量表现出潜在正向贡献(β=3.52,P<0.05),而皂苷、总酚含量与酶活性整体相关性较低。【结论】土壤酶活性对多花黄精产量与品质具有显著影响,其中非根际土磷酸酶和纤维素酶活性是提升产量和品质的关键因子,而合理控制脱氢酶活性有助于提高干物质积累效率。
Abstract
【Objective】To explore the effects of four soil enzyme activities on the yield and quality of Polygonatum cyrtonema, and provide scientific basis for its cultivation and management. 【Method】The yield and quality indicators of P. cyrtonema were determined in 14 sample plots in Hunan Province, and the activities of phosphatase, urease, dehydrogenase, and cellulase in the soil of the sample plots were measured. Evaluate the impact of soil enzyme activity on plant yield and medicinal components through variance analysis and correlation analysis, and further screen key soil enzyme activity factors. 【Result】 Non rhizosphere soil phosphatase activity was significantly positively correlated with tuber fresh weight (r=0. 372, P<0. 05) and dry weight (r=0. 491, P<0. 01). For every 1 unit increase in activity, fresh weight and dry weight increased by 21. 89 g and 6. 63 g, respectively; the cellulase activity in non rhizo- sphere soil also had a significant positive effect on fresh weight (β = 16. 40, P<0. 05) and dry weight (β =8. 22, P<0. 01), and every 1 unit increase could increase the polysaccharide content by 6. 68 mg / g (P<0. 05). The dehydrogenase activity was significantly negatively correlated with the dry matter accu- mulation rate (β = -0. 130, P<0. 01), indicating that excessive activity may inhibit dry matter accumula- tion. Although the enzyme activity in rhizosphere soil was generally higher than that in non rhizosphere soil, its direct impact on plant nutrient utilization was relatively weak. In addition, phosphatase activity showed a potential positive contribution to saponin content (β =3. 52, P<0. 05), while the overall corre- lation between saponin and total phenolic content and enzyme activity was low. 【Conclusion】Soil enzyme activity has a significant impact on the yield and quality of P. cyrtonema, with non rhizosphere soil phos- phatase and cellulase activity being key factors in improving yield and quality. Reasonable control of de- hydrogenase activity can help improve dry matter accumulation efficiency.
