Objective: To discuss the teaching mode of orthopedics nursing and analyze the results of practice. Methods: The analysis objects included in this study were selected from orthopedic nursing interns in our hospital, with a total of 50 as the main analysis objects. The start time of the study was January 2020 and the end time was January 2021. All interns were randomized according to the computer The grouping method is divided into 2 groups, of which 25 cases are divided into the reference group (using the traditional nursing practice teaching mode), and the other 25 cases are divided into the research group (using the new teaching mode for practical teaching). After the use of different teaching modes, observe the interns’ Specific circumstances, and record the relevant data during the internship, including: assessment results, case report results, and compare the above data after statistics. Results: The evaluation scores of the study group were higher than those of the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The case report scores of interns in the reference group were worse than those in the study group {(8.62±0.69) vs (7.12±1.08)}, the latter had obvious advantages and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: In orthopedic nursing teaching, the transformation of practical teaching mode can effectively promote the overall performance of interns, and at the same time improve their ability to deal with problems independently, and to collaborate and communicate. In addition, vigorously carrying out practical teaching is conducive to the self-improvement of teachers. It not only enriches the content of the curriculum, but also promotes the diversification of the curriculum. Therefore, in order to apply the practical teaching model for orthopedic nursing students, teachers should continue to enrich their professional level. Innovate in teaching concepts and methods, thus laying a good foundation for the training of nursing talents.
