| 摘要 |
探讨甲状腺乳腺术后切口内负压吸引护理要点。方法 选取2020年1月至2020年12月我院收治的甲状腺乳腺术患者60例，将其随机分为两组，每组患者人数均为30例。对照组患者采用常规护理方法，观察组患者采用负压引流专业护理，比较这两种方法对甲状腺乳腺术患者的临床护理效果。结果 经过数据分析可以发现，观察组患者的引流量、引流时间、住院时间、护理满意度和并发症发生率，与对照组患者的相关数据，均存在着明显的差异，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 采用负压引流专业护理，可以显著加快甲状腺乳腺术患者的整体康复进度，使各类并发症问题的发生概率明显降低，促进患者的身体状况及早改善，值得在今后的临床护理工作中进一步推广。

| Abstract |
Objective: To explore the nursing points of negative pressure suction in the incision after thyroid and breast surgery. Methods: A total of 60 patients with thyroid and breast surgery who were admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 30 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing methods, and the patients in the observation group were treated with professional nursing with negative pressure drainage. Results: After data analysis, it was found that the drainage volume, drainage time, hospital stay, nursing satisfaction and complication rate of the observation group were significantly different from those of the control group, with statistical significance ( P < 0.05). Conclusion: The use of professional nursing with negative pressure drainage can significantly speed up the overall rehabilitation progress of patients with thyroid and breast surgery, significantly reduce the occurrence probability of various complications, and promote the early improvement of the patients physical condition, which is worthy of further clinical nursing work in the future. promotion.
