[Abstract]Objective: To investigate the application of cognitive behavioral therapy combined with sertraline in patients with ventricular arrhythmia after radiofrequency ablation.Methods: A total of 102 patients with ventricular arrhythmias after radiofrequency ablation in our hospital from July 2020 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into drug group and cognitive group according to treatment methods, with 51 cases in each group. The two groups were given symptomatic supportive treatment such as anticoagulation and antiarrhythmic treatment, the drug group was given sertraline treatment, and the cognitive group was given cognitive behavioral therapy based on the drug group for 8 weeks. The heart rate variability, mental elasticity and sleep status of the two groups were compared.Results: After 8 weeks of treatment, SDANN, RMSSD and SDNN levels in cognitive group were higher than those in drug group (P<0.05). After 8 weeks of treatment, the scores of tenacity, optimism and self-reliance in cognitive group were higher than those in drug group (P<0.05). After 8 weeks of treatment, the scores of sleep time, sleep efficiency and sleep time in cognitive group were lower than those in drug group (P<0.05).Conclusion: Cognitive behavioral therapy combined with sertraline can improve mental resilience, regulate heart rate variability and regulate sleep status of patients with ventricular arrhythmia after radiofrequency ablation.
