[Abstract] Objective To explore the effects of high-quality nursing on the quality of life and negative emotions in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Eighty-six patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given high-quality nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS), Seattle Angina Scale (SAQ) and cardiac function indexes before and after nursing were compared. Results After nursing, the SAS scores and SDS scores of the two groups of patients were significantly decreased, while the SAQ scores were significantly increased, and the indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group after nursing (P<0.05). After nursing, stroke volume (SV) and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) in the two groups were significantly increased, and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group after nursing (P<0.05). Conclusion High-quality nursing can improve the quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease, reduce negative emotions, and help promote the improvement of heart function.
