Clinical data of 100 patients were retrospectively analyzed, and the incidence of postpartum depression was calculated. The group was divided according to whether depression and anxiety occurred. 20 patients with depression and anxiety were included in the observation group, while those without depression and anxiety were included in the control group. Result: According to data statistics, 20 (20.00%) of the 100 elderly patients with mild cognitive impairment experienced depression and anxiety. Univariate analysis: There was statistical significance (P<0.05) between the observation group and the control group in terms of age, income status, life satisfaction, alcohol consumption, smoking, alcohol consumption, Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) scores, anxiety scores, depression scores, and chronic disease types. Multivariate analysis: Age<70 years old, annual income<20000 yuan, unsatisfactory economic situation, smoking, drinking alcohol, poor sleep quality, having two or more chronic diseases, MoCA score ≥ 18 points, anxiety score ≥ 14 points, and depression score ≥ 11 points are high-risk factors for anxiety and depression in elderly patients with mild cognitive impairment. Conclusion: The incidence of anxiety and depression in elderly patients with mild cognitive impairment in the community is relatively high, and the occurrence of this problem is closely related to family income, sleep status, smoking, alcohol consumption, etc. Therefore, it is necessary to intervene based on the actual situation of the patient after diagnosis, aiming to effectively control the condition of cognitive impairment patients and improve their prognosis.
