[Abstract] Objective: To explore the value of tiapride combined with psychotherapy in the treatment of Tourette syndrome. Methods: Following the principle of randomization, 100 patients with Tourettes disease diagnosed in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into single and double groups. The control group (odd number) was treated with Tiapride, and the observation group (odd number) was treated with Tiapride and psychotherapy, with 50 patients in each group. Evaluate the clinical treatment effect, and evaluate the severity of convulsion, psychological state and self-consciousness before and after treatment. Results: The clinical efficacy of the observation group was 96.00%, higher than that of the control group (82.00%, P<0.05); The twitch of movement and voice in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05); The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); The behavior, sociability, anxiety, physical appearance, happiness and satisfaction, intelligence and school in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: In the treatment of Tourettes disease, the intervention program of Tiapride combined with psychotherapy can obviously alleviate the condition of Tourettes disease, adjust its psychological state and promote its self-consciousness recovery.
