【摘要】 目的:评估中小学教师心理健康教育医教协同培训课程的有效性。方法:将培训的62名教师按参与时间分为四期,每期培训内容一致。按照多组前后测准实验设计,使用人脸量表、情绪温度计、工作满意度量表、工作压力量表、抑郁焦虑压力中文精简版量表、心理卫生知识调查问卷对教师安排施测,对测验结果进行配对样本t检验和重复测量方差分析。结果:配对样本t检验表明,与培训前相比,所有学员在培训后生活满意度提升、抑郁焦虑压力水平下降、心理卫生知识水平上升(t值分别为2.791,-2.68,4.751,p<0.05)。重复测量的方差分析结果显示:培训后的教师的生活满意度(F=4.732, P=0.037)和心理卫生知识水平(F=9.380, P=0.005)要显著高于未经培训的教师。结论:培训课程有效,可以提升参培心理教师的专业素养。

Abstract
Purpose: To assess the effectiveness of a collaborative medical-educational training program on mental health education for primary and secondary school teachers. Methods: The 62 teachers in the training were divided into four sessions according to the time of participation, and the content of each session was consistent. In accordance with the multi-group pre- and post-test experimental design, the teachers were administered the Face Scale, Emotion Thermometer, Short Index of Job Satisfaction, Job Stress Scale, Chinese Short Version of Depression Anxiety and Stress Scale, and Mental Health Knowledge Questionnaire, and the results of the tests were subjected to the paired-samples t-test and repeated-measures analysis of variance (ANOVA).
RESULTS: The paired-samples t-test showed that, compared with the pre-training period, all the trainees showed an increase in life satisfaction, a decrease in the level of depression and anxiety stress, and an increase in the level of mental hygiene knowledge (t-values of 2.791,-2.68,4.751,p<0.05, respectively) after the training. The results of repeated measures ANOVA showed that life satisfaction (F=4.732, p=0.037) and mental health knowledge (F=9.380, p=0.005) were significantly higher in trained teachers than in untrained teachers.
Conclusion: The training program is effective and can improve the professionalism of the participating psychological teachers.
