【摘要】探讨电子生物反馈联合艾司西酞普兰用于大面积脑梗死后抑郁患者的价值。方法 选取本院2022年2月至2023年2月收治的大面积脑梗死后抑郁患者84例,采取随机数表法分为观察组对照组,各42例。对照组给予艾司西酞普兰治疗,观察组在对照组基础上电子生物反馈治疗。评估比较两组患者汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HamiltonDepressionScale,HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(Hamilton Anxiety Scale,HAMA),另外评估其生活质量综合评定问卷(Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74,GQOLI-74)。结果 两组治疗后HAMD、HAMA评分低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组治疗后HAMD、HAMAI评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后GQOLI-74各维度的评分高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组治疗后GQOLI-74各维度的评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 电子生物反馈联合艾司西酞普兰用于大面积脑梗死后抑郁可有效改善患者焦虑、抑郁情绪以及生活质量。

| Abstract |
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the value of electronic biofeedback combined with escitalopram in patients with depression after large-scale cerebral infarction. Methods 84 patients with post-stroke depression admitted to our hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 42 cases in each group, using a random number table method. The control group was treated with escitalopram, while the observation group received electronic biofeedback therapy on the basis of the control group. Evaluate and compare the Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD), Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA), and General Quality of Life Inventory 74 (GQOLI-74) between two groups of patients. Results The results showed that the HAMD and HAMA scores after treatment in the two groups were lower than before treatment, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). The HAMD and HAMAI scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05); The scores of GQOLI-74 in all dimensions after treatment in the two groups were higher than before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of GQOLI-74 in all dimensions after treatment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of electronic biofeedback and escitalopram can effectively improve anxiety, depression, and quality of life in patients with depression after large-scale cerebral infarction.
