【摘要】 分析精神分裂症患者脑电图γ活动与认知功能的关系。方法 回顾性分析2020年12月~2023年23月在我院进行治疗的100例精神分裂症患者的临床资料,设为观察组,依据其脑电图γ活动分为阳性(n=79)、阴性(n=21),另选同期于我院体检中心体检健康的80名志愿者设为对照组。比较观察、对照组认知功能[连线测验(Trail Making Test,TMT)、符号编码(Symbol Coding,SC)、语言记忆(Hopkins verbal learning test-revised ,HVLT-R)、迷宫(Neuropsychological assessment batter,NAB)、视觉记忆(Brief Visuospatial Memory Test-Revised,BVMT-R)及词语流畅性(Verbal fluency ,VF)]、脑电图γ活动,比较观察组脑电图γ活动阳性、阴性患者的认知功能、阳性与阴性症状量表(Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale,PANSS)评分,采用Spearman相关系数分析精神分裂症患者脑电图γ活动与认知功能的关系。结果 观察组BACS SC、HVLT-R、NAB、BVMT-R、VF得分均低于对照组,脑电图γ活动阳性占比高于对照组(P<0.05);脑电图γ活动阳性患者TMT、BACS SC、HVLT-R、NAB、BVMT-R、VF得分均低于脑电图γ活动阴性(P<0.05);脑电图γ活动阳性患者阳性症状、阴性症状、一般精神病理得分均高于脑电图γ活动阴性(P<0.05);相关性分析显示,脑电图γ活动与BACS SC、HVLT-R、NAB、BVMT-R、VF得分呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 与健康人群相比,精神分裂症患者脑电图γ活动明显较多,且脑电图γ活动增加与认知功能损伤关系密切,临床可结合脑电图检查结果进一步明确患者病情严重程度,制定治疗方案。

【Abstract】Objective Analysis of eeg of gamma activity and cognitive function in patients with schizophrenia.Method The clinical data of 100 patients with schizophrenia who were treated in our hospital from December 2020 to 23 2023 were retrospectively analyzed, and they were set as the observation group. According to their EEG γ activity, they were divided into positive (n=79) and negative (n=21).Comparative observation, the control group cognition [Trail Making Test (TMT), Symbol Coding (SC), and verbal memory (Hopkins Verbal learning test-revised) HVLT-R), Neuropsychological assessment batter (NAB), Brief Visuospatial Memory Test-Revised (BVMT-R), and Verbal fluency (Verbal) fluency,VF)], eeg gamma activity,The cognitive function and positive and negative syndrome scale (PANSS) scores of patients with positive and negative electroencephalogram (EEG) gamma activity in the observation group were compared. Spearman correlation coefficient was used to analyze the relationship between EEG gamma activity and cognitive function.Result Observation group BACS SC, HVLT -r, NAB, BVMT - R, VF scores were lower than the control group, eeg gamma activity positive proportion is higher than the control group (P < 0.05);Electroencephalogram (eeg) positive patients TMT, BACS SC, gamma activity HVLT -r, NAB, BVMT - R, VF scored lower than eeg gamma activity negative (P < 0.05);The scores of positive symptoms, negative symptoms and general psychopathology of patients with positive EEG γ activity were higher than those with negative EEG γ activity (P < 0.05).Correlation analysis showed that eeg gamma activity, with BACS SC HVLT -r, NAB, BVMT - R, VF scores negatively correlated (P < 0.05).Conclusion Compared with healthy people, EEG gamma activity in patients with schizophrenia is significantly more, and the increase of EEG gamma activity is closely related to cognitive impairment. Clinical EEG examination results can be combined to further determine the severity of the patients condition and formulate treatment plans.
