摘要	动物辅助疗法（AAT）是近年来由国外引进的新型心理治疗方法，在抑郁症的辅助治疗中有着较好的潜力。本文从的AAT的概述、改善抑郁的可能机制、AAT的类型及应用效果、AAT的不足等4个方面进行综述。旨在通过理论依据的总结，为我国抑郁患者的心理治疗及康复的开展提供思路与借鉴。
Abstract	Animal assisted therapy (AAT) is a new type of psychotherapy method introduced from abroad in recent years, which has great potential in the adjuvant treatment of depression. This article provides an overview of AAT, possible mechanisms for improving depression, types and application effects of AAT, and its shortcomings. Aiming to provide ideas and references for the psychological treatment and rehabilitation of depression patients in China through the summary of theoretical basis.
