摘要 目的：分析难治性癫痫合并抑郁患儿应用舍曲林联合常规治疗的效果及其对不良情绪、神经递质水平的影响。方法：选取我院于2021年1月至2022年12月期间收治的106例难治性癫痫合并抑郁患儿作为研究对象，以随机数字表法分组。对照组53例给予常规治疗，实验组53例在此基础上增加舍曲林治疗。3个月后，对比两组患儿癫痫发作情况、不良情绪、神经递质水平、不良反应。结果：治疗前及治疗后，两组患儿发作次数、发作持续时间比较（P＞0.05）；治疗后，实验组患儿儿童焦虑性情绪障碍筛查表（SCAREO）评分、儿童抑郁障碍自评量表（DSRSC）评分分值均低于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗后，实验组患儿γ-氨基丁酸（GABA）、多巴胺（DA）、5-羟色胺（5-HT）水平均高于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组患儿不良反应发生率比较（P＞0.05）。结论：舍曲林联合常规治疗能够控制难治性癫痫合并抑郁患儿癫痫发作，改善不良情绪，提高神经递质水平，且安全性高。

| Abstract |
Abstract Objective: To analyze the effect of Sertraline combined with conventional treatment on the adverse mood and neurotransmitter level in children with refractory epilepsy complicated with depression. Methods: A total of 106 children with intractable epilepsy complicated with depression admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as research objects and grouped by random number table method. 53 cases in the control group received conventional treatment, and 53 cases in the observation group were treated with sertraline. After 3 months, seizures, adverse mood, neurotransmitter levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: Before and after treatment, the frequency and duration of attacks were compared between the two groups (P > 0.05). After treatment, the scores of SCAREO and DSRSC in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05); After treatment, the levels of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), dopamine (DA) and 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) in observation group were higher than those in control group (P < 0.05); The incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion: Sertraline combined with conventional treatment can control seizures in children with refractory epilepsy complicated with depression, improve adverse mood, improve neurotransmitter levels, and high safety.
