[Abstract] Objective: To explore the value of quetiapine and olanzapine in the treatment of schizophrenia. Methods: Following the principle of randomization, 80 patients with schizophrenia diagnosed in our hospital from April 2020 to April 2022 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group (odd number) was treated with olanzapine, and the observation group (odd number) was treated with olanzapine+quetiapine, with 40 patients in each group. Evaluate the clinical treatment effect, and evaluate the symptom score, cognitive status and psychological status before and after treatment. Results: The clinical efficacy of the observation group was 95.00%, higher than that of the control group (80.00%, P<0.05); The positive symptoms, negative symptoms, general symptoms and total scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05); The scores of enhanced memory, associative learning, figure memory and portrait feature memory in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05); The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: In the treatment of schizophrenia, the scheme of quetiapine+quetiapine can improve the score of positive and negative symptoms, promote the recovery of cognitive function and relieve anxiety and depression.
