Abstract
[Abstract] Objective To explore the intervention effect of mindfulness decompression combined with narrative nursing on postpartum depression. Methods A total of 100 patients with postpartum depression from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected into this study. The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 50 cases each. The patients in the control group received routine psychological nursing, while the patients in the observation group received mindfulness decompression combined with narrative nursing. The Edinburgh Postpartum Depression Scale (EPDS), Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Quality of Life Scale (WHOQOL-BREF) were compared before and after nursing. Results After nursing, the scores of EPDS and SAS in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After nursing, the scores of WHO QOL BREF, physiology, psychology, society and environment in the two groups increased significantly, and the scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Mindfulness decompression combined with narrative nursing can significantly reduce postpartum depression and anxiety, and improve the quality of life.
