Abstract: Objective To explore the significant effect of comprehensive psychological nursing intervention on improving the bad mood of patients after breast cancer surgery. Methods From March 2019 to March 2022, 92 cases of breast cancer patients after surgery were collected and studied. After strict inclusion and exclusion criteria, they were reasonably grouped based on the "random number table method". The control group and the observation group were divided into two groups. The former group received routine nursing, and the latter group received comprehensive psychological nursing intervention. The number of patients in each group was 46; The special scale was used to determine the patients negative emotions, mental health and quality of life. The above data were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the scores of SAS and SDS before the intervention, the scores of the patients after the intervention decreased to a certain extent, and the scores of the observation group were more significant (P<0.05); The scores of the observation group after intervention were lower than those of the control group with the symptom checklist (CD-RISC) (P<0.05); Compared with the score of EORTC QLQ-30 before intervention, the score of patients after intervention was significantly higher, and that of the observation group was higher (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of comprehensive psychological nursing intervention in postoperative patients with breast cancer can play a positive role in eliminating negative emotions, so as to improve their mental health and promote their quality of life.
