【摘要】初步探讨精神引导式教育对儿童常年性过敏性鼻炎患者认知功能及情绪的影响。方法 连续性纳入2020年4月~2023年4月我院收治的220例儿童常年性过敏性鼻炎患者作为研究对象。对照组90例给予常规康复治疗;干预组130例在对照组基础上给予精神引导式教育。采用症状自评量表(Symptom Checklist,SCL-90)、焦虑自评量表(Self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(Self-rating depress scale,SDS)评估儿童常年性过敏性鼻炎患者的不良情绪,采用蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评估儿童常年性过敏性鼻炎患者的认知功能。结果 干预前,干预组/对照组SCL-90、SAS、SDS、MoCA评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,干预组/对照组SCL-90、SAS、SDS评分均明显低于干预前,MoCA评分均明显高于干预前,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);其中干预组患者SCL-90、SAS、SDS评分明显低于对照组,MoCA评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 基于引导式教育的康复治疗可有效改善儿童常年性过敏性鼻炎患者的认知功能及情绪状况,值得进一步推广。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective To explore the effects of rehabilitation therapy based on mental-guided education on cognitive function and mood in children with perennial allergic rhinitis. Methods 220 children with perennial allergic rhinitis admitted to our hospital from April 2020 to April 2023 were continuously included as study objects. Control group 90 cases received routine rehabilitation treatment;The 130 cases in the intervention group were given rehabilitation therapy based on spiritual guidance education on the basis of the control group. Symptom Checklist (SCL-90), Self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), and Self-rating depress scale were adopted. SDS was used to evaluate the adverse mood of children with perennial allergic rhinitis, and MoCA was used to evaluate the cognitive function of children with perennial allergic rhinitis.Results Before intervention, there was no significant difference in SCL-90, SAS, SDS and MoCA scores between the intervention group and the control group (t=0.074, P>0.05). After intervention, the scores of SCL-90, SAS and SDS in the intervention group/control group were significantly lower than before intervention, and the scores of MoCA were significantly higher than before intervention, with statistical significance (P<0.05). The scores of SCL-90, SAS and SDS in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the scores of MoCA were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Rehabilitation therapy based on guided education can effectively improve the cognitive function and emotional status of children with perennial allergic rhinitis, which is worthy of further clinical promotion.
