【Abstract】Objective To investigate the level of mental resilience in patients with breast cancer complicated with depression and anxiety, and explore its influencing factors.Methods A total of 80 patients with breast cancer combined with depression and anxiety admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and studied. The psychological Resilience level of the patients was assessed using the Connor-David-son Resilience Scale (CD-RISC). According to the level of mental resilience, the patients were divided into poor mental resilience group (CD-RISC≤60 points, n=35) and good mental resilience group (CD-RISC > 60 points, n=45). The basic information and Self-rating depression Scale (SDS) and Self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) scores of the two groups were compared. The risk factors of poor mental resilience in breast cancer patients were analyzed by Logistic regression.Results The proportion of patients receiving modified radical surgery in the poor mental resilience group was higher than that in the good mental resilience group, and the SDS scores of mild to moderate depression and SAS scores of mild to moderate anxiety were higher than those in the good mental resilience group (P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis confirmed that modified radical surgery, SDS score and SAS score were risk factors for poor mental resilience in breast cancer patients (P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that the total score of CD-RISC in breast cancer patients was negatively correlated with SDS score and SAS score (P<0.05).Conclusion The psychological resilience of patients with breast cancer is closely related to surgical methods, anxiety and depression, etc. Clinically, the psychological resilience of patients can be improved by changing surgical methods and alleviating negative emotions such as depression and anxiety.
