【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influencing factors of compliance behavior in children with idiopathic central precocious puberty (ICPP) and observe the negative emotions of caregivers. Methods A total of 100 ICPP children admitted to our hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected for the study. They were divided into good compliance group (63 cases) and bad compliance group (37 cases) according to the score of compliance behavior.Gender, age, bone age, height, weight, course of disease, duration of medication, caregiver identity, caregiver education, family relationship and childrens mental Health Scale (MHS-CA) score were compared, and univariate and multivariate analysis were performed. The negative emotions of caregivers were assessed by self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and self-rating Depression Scale (SDS).Results Compared with the good compliance group, the proportion of non-parents, non-compliance, multi-drug resistance, poor treatment effect and adverse drug reactions in the poor compliance group was higher, and the score of MHS-CA was lower (P < 0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that non-parents, non-compliance, multi-drug resistance, poor treatment effect, adverse drug reactions and low MHS-CA score were the influencing factors of poor compliance behavior in ICPP children (P < 0.05).The scores of SAS and SDS in the poor compliance group were higher than those in the good compliance group (P < 0.05).Conclusion The compliance behavior of ICPP children may be affected by factors such as the identity of the caregiver, compliance behavior of the caregiver, multidrug resistance, treatment effect, adverse drug reactions and the mental health of the children. In addition, the negative emotions of the caregivers of the children with poor compliance behavior are more serious.
