[Abstract]Objective: To explore the application of paroxetine combined with cognitive behavioral therapy in patients with lung cancer chemotherapy.Methods: A total of 108 patients with lung cancer receiving chemotherapy in our hospital from June 2020 to September 2022 were selected as the research objects. According to treatment methods, they were divided into western medicine group and cognitive group, 54 cases in each group. The western medicine group was treated with paroxetine, and the cognitive group was treated with cognitive behavioral therapy. Psychological stress, cancer-related fatigue and neurotransmitter levels were compared between the two groups. Results: After 12 weeks of treatment, the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA), Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD), physical perception fatigue, behavioral fatigue, cognitive fatigue and emotional fatigue in the cognitive group were lower than those in the western medicine group; The levels of 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) and brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) were higher than those of western medicine group (P<0.05).Conclusion: Paroxetine combined with cognitive behavioral therapy can regulate the level of neurotransmitters, improve psychological stress and reduce cancer-induced fatigue in patients with lung cancer chemotherapy.
