| 摘要 |
分析在关节外科中加强对分层次管理的应用效果以及对护理质量及患者满意度的影响。方法 本次研究任务中已经纳入24例关节外科护士作为研究对象，均符合实验入组标准，同时将其随机分为两个小组，采用不同护理管理模式，即对照组、观察组，并将分层次管理模式应用于观察组，对照组则需继续使用常规管理，比较其具体应用效果。结果 经过本次研究调查分析可见，观察组基础护理质量、病房管理质量、护理文件书写质量等护理质量评分明显高于对照组，（P＜0.05）。同时两组护士在同期均对患者满意度进行调查统计，其中观察组护理满意度评分为（89.63±4.12）分，较之对照组（74.49±3.96）分更高，（P＜0.05）。结论 关节外科护理工作中加强对分层次管理模式的应用有助于提高护理质量和患者满意度。

| Abstract |
Objective: To analyze the effect of strengthening the application of hierarchical management in joint surgery and its impact on the quality of care and patient satisfaction. Methods: In this research task, 24 joint surgery nurses have been included as the research objects, all of which meet the experimental entry criteria. At the same time, they were randomly divided into two groups, using different nursing management models, namely the control group, the observation group, and the The hierarchical management model is applied to the observation group, while the control group needs to continue to use conventional management to compare its specific application effects. Results: After the investigation and analysis of this study, it can be seen that the nursing quality scores of the observation groups basic nursing quality, ward management quality, and nursing document writing quality were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). At the same time, both groups of nurses conducted surveys on patient satisfaction during the same period. The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was (89.63±4.12) points, which was higher than that of the control group (74.49±3.96), (P<0.05). Conclusion: Strengthening the application of hierarchical management model in joint surgery nursing work can help improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction.
