| 摘要 |
研究心胸外科患者护理过程中个性化护理干预的作用，并分析其对患者护理满意度及生活质量的影响。方法 本次实验跨越2020年4月至2021年7月这一时间段，研究人员对130例心胸外科患者进行研究。研究人员按照双盲对照原则将所选患者分为两组，对照组所选65例患者采用常规护理干预，实验组所选65例患者采用个性化护理干预，记录对照组及实验组患者对护理工作所持态度、患者生活质量评分，并加以比较分析。结果 对照组所选65例患者中对护理工作持十分满意及比较满意态度的人数为52人，占组内患者人数的比例为80.00%，实验组所选65例患者中对护理工作持十分满意及比较满意态度的人数为64人，占组内患者人数的比例为98.46%，分析两组患者护理满意度相关数据，差异较大，（p＜0.05）；对照组所选患者生活质量评分与实验组患者生活质量评分相比有着较大的差距，分别为（72.21±3.36）分及（85.34±4.51）分，两组患者在情感职能、精神健康、社会功能、生理功能、躯体疼痛方面的评分差异较大，（p＜0.05）。结论 在心胸外科患者护理过程中个性化护理干预有着不俗的表现。

| Abstract |
Objective: To study the role of personalized nursing intervention in the nursing process of cardiothoracic surgery patients, and to analyze its impact on patient care satisfaction and quality of life. Methods: This experiment spanned the period from April 2020 to July 2021. Researchers conducted a study on 130 patients in cardiothoracic surgery. The researchers divided the selected patients into two groups according to the principle of double-blind control. The control group selected 65 patients with routine nursing intervention, and the experimental group selected 65 patients with individualized nursing intervention. The nursing care of the control group and the experimental group was recorded. Attitudes towards work, patients’ quality of life scores, and comparative analysis. Results: Among the 65 patients selected in the control group, 52 were very satisfied and relatively satisfied with the nursing work, accounting for 80.00% of the number of patients in the group, and the 65 patients selected in the experimental group were very satisfied with the nursing work The number of satisfied and relatively satisfied attitudes is 64, accounting for 98.46% of the number of patients in the group. Analysis of the data related to the care satisfaction of the two groups of patients shows a large difference (p<0.05); the quality of life scores of the selected patients in the control group Compared with the experimental group, there is a big gap in the quality of life scores of patients in the experimental group, which are (72.21 ± 3.36) points and (85.34 ± 4.51) points. The two groups of patients are in emotional function, mental health, social function, physiological function, and physical pain. The scores are quite different, (p<0.05). Conclusion: Personalized nursing intervention has a good performance in the nursing process of cardiothoracic surgery patients.
