Objective: To analyze the hidden safety hazards in orthopedic nursing, to discuss the humanized nursing methods, and to observe the clinical application effects. Methods: This study was conducted by orthopedic patients in our hospital, following the principle of random selection. A total of 72 patients were selected and admitted to our hospital from June to December 2020. According to the research requirements, all patients were divided into groups, and the grouping standards were based on the different applications of nursing intervention methods, including conventional nursing and humanized nursing, corresponding to 36 patients respectively, which were divided into control group and observation group. Among them, before taking care of patients in the observation group, it is necessary to analyze the hidden dangers of nursing safety in advance, and implement humanized nursing interventions in combination with coping strategies. Relying on relevant indicators, complete the assessment of the care situation of the two groups of patients. Results: Both the comprehensive satisfaction rate and the comprehensive compliance rate of the patients in the observation group were higher than the other group, and there was statistical significance between the groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of humanized nursing incorporates more humanistic care, which is embodied in the patients psychology, daily behavior, diet and other aspects of nursing. The nursing content is thoughtful, and the patients satisfaction and recognition can be obtained to the greatest extent. Therefore, the clinical application value is higher.
