摘要
调查分析临床一线护士对医院推送网络培训的满意度的影响。方法 选取全院2018年本院的700名临床一线护士予以常规培训,选取2019年本院的700名临床一线护士予以医院推送网络培训,对比两组护士的参培率、对培训工作的满意度及考核成绩。结果 2019年护士的参培率是89.29%,比2018年的71.43%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2018年护士对培训工作的满意度高于2017年,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2018年护士的理论成绩为(95.11±4.06)分,操作成绩为(96.01±2.39)分,分别比2017年的(89.47±5.23)分及(91.06±3.18)分高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 于临床一线护士中展开医院推送网络培训可促使其正常参加培训,并提升护士参培率、对培训工作的满意度及考核成绩。
Abstract
Objective: To investigate and analyze the impact of clinical first-line nurses satisfaction on hospital push network training. Methods: Randomly selected 700 cases of clinical first-line nurses in our hospital for routine training in 2017, and selected 700 cases of clinical first-line nurses in our hospital in 2018 to provide hospital push network training, the training rate, satisfaction with training and assessment results were compared between the two groups of nurses. Results: The nurse training rate in 2019 was 89.29%, which was higher than the 71.43% in 2018, with statistically significant(P<0.05). The satisfaction of nurses with training in 2019 was higher than that in 2018, with statistically significant(P<0.05). In 2019, the nurses theoretical score was (95.11±4.06) points, and the operation score was (96.01±2.39) points, which were higher than the 2018 scores of (89.47±5.23)points and (91.06±3.18)points, with statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Launching hospital push network training among clinical first-line nurses can encourage them to participate in the training normally, as well as improve nurses participation rate, satisfaction with training and assessment results.
