In the early days of the founding of New China, the rural collective economy played an important role in the development of the countryside. With the continuous development of the market economic system, the private economy has appeared on the stage of history instead of the rural collective economy. Neither the personal income of farmers nor the development of the collective economy can be stabilized[1] The collective economy in rural areas is also known as the rural collectively-owned economy, and the construction of rural grassroots organizations is now in a deadlock. By analyzing the factors that affect the development of the collective economy in rural areas, combined with the local rural and agricultural reality, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the development of collective economy in rural areas.
