高职教育中的教师角色

摘要
近年来国家加大了高职院校的发展力度,高职学校迎来了绝佳的发展机遇。同时也存在扩招生源造成学生之间的差异较大、班级人数较多等问题。本文主要站在普通教师的角度对当今高职教育做的一些思考。高职的定位使得动手能力与思维认知能力成为教学中的重要方向,以学生为主体展开理论与实践课程是其中的有效手段。而随着科技的发展教师可以使用多种的教学形式、科技方法提高教学效果促进教学目标的达成。
Abstract
In this years, We has strengthened the development of vocational colleges, This is a great development opportunity for vocational schools. There are some problems,the expansion of enrollment causes great differences among students and too many student in classes, and so on. This paper mainly makes some thoughts on todays Higher Vocational Education from the perspective of ordinary teachers. Practical ability and thinking cognitive ability is an important part of teaching,on people-oriented it‘s one of the Effective Ways to Improve Teaching. With the development of science and technology, teachers can use a variety of teaching forms and scientific and technological methods to improve the teaching effect and promote the achievement of teaching objectives.
