Objective To observe and analyze the impact of binary coping nursing intervention on self-management ability and post-traumatic growth of ovarian cancer surgery patients. Method Sixty patients undergoing ovarian cancer surgery from April 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into a control group (30 cases, receiving routine care) and an observation group (30 cases, receiving binary coping nursing intervention) according to a numerical table. Analyze the self-management ability, post-traumatic growth, and postoperative quality of life of two groups of patients. Result The self-management ability of the observation group after nursing was higher than that of the control group, P<0.05. Posttraumatic growth, the observation group scored higher than the control group, P<0.05. Postoperative quality of life, the observation group scored higher than the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion Implementing binary coping nursing interventions for ovarian cancer surgery patients can improve their self-management ability during postoperative recovery, increase their post-traumatic growth score, improve their quality of life, and help patients recover.
