摘要	本文是1例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作导致Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭等多种疾病患者的个性化护理，在对患者行呼吸机辅助通气改善通气，落实气道护理，加强营养支持及血透管理等措施后，患者情况明显好转，在ICU治疗28天后转科继续治疗。
Abstract	This paper is a case of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease acute attack of respiratory failure and other disease patients with personalized care, in patients with ventilator assisted ventilation to improve ventilation, the implementation of airway care, strengthen nutritional support and hemodialysis management measures, the patient improved significantly, in ICU after 28 days to continue treatment.
