Objective To analyze the effect of applying high-quality nursing in outpatient clinics on improving the quality of outpatient guidance nursing. Methods 78 outpatient patients from June 2022 to June 2023 were included and randomly divided into a control group (routine nursing) and an observation group (high-quality nursing), with 39 patients in each group, using a random number table method. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results Comparing the quality of guided nursing between the two groups, the observation group scored higher than the control group in terms of triage nursing, guided nursing services, nursing safety, health education, safe transportation, and nursing behavior norms; Comparing the nursing satisfaction of two groups of patients, the observation group scored higher than the control group in terms of appearance, communication skills, professional ability, service attitude, and health education dimensions, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing high-quality nursing in outpatient guidance can significantly improve the quality of nursing and increase patients satisfaction with nursing during the medical process.
