| 摘要 |
消化道早癌患者接受内镜下ESD术进行治疗时，探讨实施预防护理的临床价值。方法 在2023年4月至2024年4月期间选取100例消化道早癌患者为研究对象，接受内镜下ESD术进行治疗，按照随机数表法分为两组，对照组接受常规护理，研究组接受预防护理，比较两组患者出血情况、生活质量差异。结果 研究组患者发生出血概率大于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组患者生活质量评分提升幅度大于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 为消化道早癌患者实施内镜下ESD术治疗时，应用预防性护理可以减少出血概率，提升患者的生活质量，值得推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the clinical value of preventive care for patients with early gastrointestinal cancer undergoing endoscopic ESD. Methods From April 2023 to April 2024,100 patients with early gastrointestinal cancer were selected as research subjects to receive endoscopic ESD. They were divided into two groups according to the random number table, and the control group received preventive care. The bleeding and quality of life between the two groups were compared. Results The probability of bleeding in the study group was greater than the control group (P <0.05); the improvement of quality of life score of patients in the study group was greater than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion When performing endoscopic ESD treatment for patients with early gastrointestinal cancer, applying preventive nursing can reduce the probability of bleeding and improve the quality of life of patients, which is worth promoting.
