Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Jiatai Wan combined with Ear Point Pressing Pill method in the treatment of insomnia with heart kidney disharmony type. Methods 64 patients with insomnia (heart kidney mismatch type) were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 32 cases in each group, using a random number table method. The control group was treated with Eszolam orally, while the observation group was treated with Jiaotai Pill and Ear Point Pressing Pill method. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks. Observe the differences in clinical efficacy and changes in PSQI scores between two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the PSQI scores of both groups decreased significantly. The PSQI scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of Jiaotai Pill and Ear Point Pressing Pill method has a satisfactory effect on treating insomnia with heart kidney disharmony, and is worth promoting.
