| 摘要 |
探究为系统性红斑狼疮患者实施心理护理，对其心理护理弹性及生活质量的影响效果。方法选取2023年8月至2024年6月，60例系统性红斑狼疮患者，采用随机数字表法分为观察组（心理护理）与对照组（常规护理）各30例，对照组最终影响效果。结果 观察组并发症发生率及睡眠质量评分均低于对照组，心理韧性评分及生活质量评分均高于对照组，均呈P<0.05。结论 心理护理的应用，能够强化患者的心理韧性，提升其面对病症及问题的能力，可提高患者的生活质量水平，预防降低并发症情况的发生，能够提高最终的护理质量。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing for patients with systemic lupus erythematosus on their psychological nursing flexibility and quality of life. Methods From August 2023 to June 2024, 60 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus were selected and divided into observation group (psychological nursing) and control group (routine nursing) with 30 cases each by random number table method. Results The complication rate and sleep quality scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the scores of mental toughness and quality of life were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of psychological nursing can strengthen the psychological toughness of patients, improve their ability to face diseases and problems, improve the quality of life of patients, prevent and reduce the occurrence of complications, and improve the final quality of care.
