Objective To explore the application value of continuous improvement of nursing quality in the care of uterine fibroids. Methods Sixty patients with uterine fibroids from January 2023 to December 2023 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing care, while the study group received continuous improvement measures for nursing quality. The rehabilitation indicators, incidence of complications, pain status, and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The rehabilitation indicators of the study group (gastrointestinal function recovery time, time to get out of bed, length of hospital stay) were shorter than those of the control group, with a P-value of less than 0.05; The incidence of complications in the research group was lower than that in the control group, with a comparison of P<0.05; Before nursing, the comparison of scores between the two groups was P>0.05. After nursing, the VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the SF-36 score was higher than that of the control group, with a result comparison of P<0.05. Conclusion Continuous improvement of nursing quality in the care of uterine fibroids can help reduce the risk of complications, alleviate pain, improve quality of life, and promote patient recovery.
