探讨急性缺血性脑卒中患者在急诊绿色通道静脉溶栓治疗的护理方法

| 摘要 |
为急性脑卒中疾病患者实施急诊治疗，即急诊绿色通道静脉溶栓治疗后的效果。方法 随机选取我院急诊科2023年3月-2023年12月期间实施绿色通道护理流程收治的急性脑卒中患者83例为观察组；回顾性随机抽取2022年3月-2022年12月未通过卒中流程治疗护理患者83例为对照组，对比两组检查时间、溶栓总时间、病人Barthel评分效果。结果 抽血检验时间、CT时间、溶栓总时间、入院至签署同意书的时间，溶栓时间均比对照组短（P＜0.05），两组患者治疗后Barthel评分有明显差异（P＜0.05）。结论 做好急性缺血性脑卒中患者在急诊绿色通道静脉溶栓护理，可以大大缩短脑卒中患者DNT的溶栓时间，减轻患者的神经功能缺损。

| Abstract |
Objective implement emergency treatment for patients with acute stroke disease, namely. Methods 83 acute stroke patients admitted to the emergency department of our hospital from March 2023 to December 2023 were randomly selected as the observation group; 83 patients without the stroke process from March 2022 to December 2022 were randomly selected as the control group, comparing the examination time, total thrombolysis time and patient Barthel score effect of the two groups. Results The time of blood test, CT time, total thrombolysis time, and time from admission to consent signing were shorter than that of the control group (P <0.05), and the Barthel score was significantly different between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion The thrombolysis of acute ischemic stroke patients can greatly shorten the thrombolysis time of DNT in stroke patients and reduce the neurological deficit of patients.
