Objective This paper focuses on the evaluation of nursing management based on safety risk defense mechanism and nursing risk events. Methods For 120 surgical patients, Select from September 2022 to September 2023, According to the numbering method, Each group (n=60), Implementing different intervention strategies, Reference group: To provide a routine operating room nursing management plan, Study group: implement routine nursing management + nursing management scheme based on safety risk defense mechanism, Finally, the two groups of clinical data and related data were collected and organized, statistic induction, Using statistical methods to perform the comparison analysis, The scope of comparison involves: the mastery of nursing risk prevention knowledge of operating room nurses, the score of operation ability, the score of nursing quality, and the incidence of nursing risk events. Use t test (normal measurement data); use x2 test (count data); calculate means with (x ± s) instead. Results After the experiment, compared with the groups, the reference group (P <0.05), and the comparable value was worth exploring. Conclusion The application and adoption of nursing management strategy based on the safety risk defense mechanism not only effectively improves the knowledge and ability of nursing risk prevention of operating room nurses, improves the quality of nursing service in operating room, but also greatly reduces the incidence of operating room nursing risk events, with significant application value, which is worth advocating.
