Objective To explore and analyze the impact of gynecological nursing on depression in infertile patients. Methods From January 2022 to December 2023, a total of 120 infertile patients were enrolled and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received gynecological care. The psychological status and quality of life of the two groups were compared. There was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups before nursing, P>0.05. After nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, P<0.05. The SF-36 score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion Gynecological nursing can significantly improve the psychological state of infertile patients and ensure their sustainable improvement in quality of life.
