Objective To study and analyze the intervention effect of integrated Chinese and Western medicine on pediatric acute bronchitis. Methods The study subjects were 92 children with acute bronchitis selected from our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023, which were divided into two groups: study group and control group, 46 cases each. The results of blood gas analysis, TCM syndrome integral and pulmonary function were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the improvement of blood gas analysis results in the study group was significantly better than that of the control group, the scores of TCM syndrome were less than that of the control group, and they had more significant effect of lung function improvement, P <0.05, which was significant. Conclusion The integrated Chinese and western medicine nursing model has a positive intervention effect in pediatric acute bronchitis and is worth promoting it.
