Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of applying responsibility nursing model in obstetric services and investigate patient satisfaction. Methods 100 obstetric patients of our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were taken as the study objects. During the study period, the patients were randomly divided into two groups, with the purpose to carry out differentiated nursing intervention. The routine caregivers were included in the reference group (50 cases), and the nursing model were included in the study group (50 cases) to compare the nursing effect. Results The statistics of nursing quality score, patient nursing satisfaction score and nursing satisfaction rate showed significant differences between the two groups, and the study group was better than the reference group (P <0.05). Conclusion After research, the nursing effect of the application of responsibility system nursing mode in obstetric services is ideal, which can comprehensively improve the quality of obstetric nursing, promote the improvement of patient satisfaction, the clinical application effect is recognized by patients, and has high application value. It is suggested to promote and apply it.
