摘要
明确同质健康教育模式对胃癌患者的影响。方法 研究纳入2023.09-2024.09中综合临床各项检查结果满足诊断标准的58例患者,对各个患者进行随机编号后采取随机抽取法安排为两组,对照组与观察组分别29例患者,对照组行常规护理干预,观察组行同质健康教育模式干预,对不同干预效果(生活质量与不良反应)进行比较分析。结果 观察组生活质量数据值更高,P值结果<0.05,统计学差异大。观察组总不良反应例数占比更少,P值结果<0.05,统计学差异大。结论 于胃癌患者中施以同质健康教育模式,有利于改善患者生活质量状态,减轻不良反应,这对提高胃癌护理水平有着重要意义。
Abstract
Objective To clarify the impact of homogeneous health education model on gastric cancer patients. Method A total of 58 patients who met the diagnostic criteria based on comprehensive clinical examination results from September 2023 to September 2024 were included in the study. After randomly numbering each patient, they were randomly selected into two groups: a control group and an observation group, with 29 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the observation group received homogeneous health education intervention. The effects of different interventions (quality of life and adverse reactions) were compared and analyzed. The observation group had higher quality of life data values, with a P-value of<0.05, indicating a significant statistical difference. The proportion of total adverse reactions in the observation group was lower, with a P-value of<0.05, indicating a significant statistical difference. Conclusion Implementing a homogeneous health education model among gastric cancer patients is beneficial for improving their quality of life and reducing adverse reactions, which is of great significance for improving the nursing level of gastric cancer.
