| 摘要 |
分析急性心肌梗死护理开展健康教育的价值。方法 本研究对象选取急性心肌梗死患者共94例,时段2021年8月-2023年8月。随机分组,47例归入对照组实施常规护理,另47例归入观察组在此基础上实施健康教育。评估自我管理行为、负性情绪与满意度。结果 干预后冠心病自我管理量表(CSMS)两组患者均比同组干预前提高(P<0.05);且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)两组患者均比同组干预前降低(P<0.05);且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。对比总依从率,观察组相比对照组提高更明显(P<0.05)。结论 急性心肌梗死护理开展健康教育可提高患者自我管理行为,减轻负性情绪,更满意护理工作。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the value of health education in acute myocardial infarction nursing. Methods A total of 94 patients with acute myocardial infarction were selected for this study, from August 2021 to August 2023. After random grouping, 47 cases were assigned to the control group to receive routine care, and the other 47 cases were assigned to the observation group to receive health education on this basis. Assessing self-management behaviors, negative emotions, and satisfaction. Results After the intervention, the coronary heart disease self-management scale (CSMS) of both groups of patients was improved compared with the same group before the intervention (P<0.05); and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). After the intervention, the Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and the Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) of both groups of patients were lower than those before the intervention (P<0.05); and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). Comparing the total compliance rate, the observation group improved more significantly than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Health education in acute myocardial infarction nursing can improve patients self-management behavior, reduce negative emotions, and make them more satisfied with nursing work.
