Objective Discuss the application effect of bladder function training in patients undergoing hysterectomy and pelvic floor reconstruction. Methods 84 patients who underwent hysterectomy and pelvic floor reconstruction in our hospital from August 2021 to April 2024 were selected as the research subjects. They were evenly divided into an observation group (bladder function training) and a control group (routine nursing). The postoperative recovery, postoperative complications, patient satisfaction, and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results 1. The postoperative recovery of the observation group [first exhaust time (17.43 ± 2.45) hours, extubation time (12.83 ± 1.53) hours] was better than that of the control group (P<0.05); The risk of postoperative complications in the observation group (4.76%) was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05); 3. The satisfaction rate of the observation group (92.86%) was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); 4. The quality of life of the observation group [physical function score (78.32 ± 7.23), role function score (76.31 ± 8.15), emotional function score (79.85 ± 6.43), cognitive function score (82.82 ± 9.58), social function score (81.56 ± 8.37)] was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Bladder function training has a significant effect on patients undergoing hysterectomy and pelvic floor reconstruction, and is worthy of wide promotion and application.
