| 摘要 |
在能力导向诉求下，中职护理专业临床实践教学的重要性不断提升，教师不仅要关注学生的理论知识成长，更要提升学生的实操技能素养，并强化学生的自觉学习意识，以此为学生就业发展奠定基础。本文即在此背景下展开研究，通过深入探讨中职护理专业临床实践教学面临的困境，提出中职护理专业临床实践教学改革的有效策略，旨在提升中职学校护理专业人才培养质量。

| Abstract |
Under the competency-based appeal, the importance of clinical practice teaching of secondary vocational nursing major is constantly increasing. Teachers should not only pay attention to the growth of students theoretical knowledge, but also improve students practical operation skills and strengthen students conscious learning awareness, so as to lay the foundation for students employment development. In this context, this paper carries out research, and proposes effective strategies for the reform of clinical practice teaching of secondary vocational nursing majors through in-depth discussion of the difficulties faced by clinical practice teaching of secondary vocational nursing majors, aiming at improving the quality of nursing talents training in secondary vocational schools.
