摘要
分析实施平战结合模式对护士综合应急能力的影响。方法 抽取上海市第八人民医院感染性疾病科护理人员共计150名,研究时间为2022年1月-2022年12月,2022年1月前未实施平战结合模式,自2022年1月起实施平战结合模式,对比实施前后护理人员综合应急能力、职业价值感评分及对培训模式的满意度。结果 实施平战结合模式后,护理人员综合应急能力及职业价值感评分较实施前均得以显著提升,各项考核指标成绩均高于实施前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理人员对培训模式的满意度为99.33%(149/150)。结论 实施平战结合模式可提高护理人员综合应急能力,提升护理人员职业价值感。
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of peacetime and war combination mode on nurses comprehensive emergency response ability. Method A total of 150 nursing staff were selected from the Infectious Diseases Department of Shanghai Eighth Peoples Hospital. The study period was from January 2022 to December 2022. The combined peacetime and war mode was not implemented before January 2022, and the combined peacetime and war mode was implemented since January 2022. The nurses comprehensive emergency response ability, professional value rating and satisfaction with the training mode were compared before and after the implementation. Results After the implementation of the peacetime and war combined mode, the scores of nurses comprehensive emergency response ability and sense of professional value were significantly improved compared with those before the implementation, and the scores of all assessment indicators were higher than those before the implementation, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Satisfaction with the training model was 99.33%(149/150). Conclusion The combination of peacetime and war mode can improve the nurses comprehensive emergency response ability and enhance their sense of professional value.
