Objective To explore the effect of detailed nursing on skin pruritus in patients with uremia treated with hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion. Methods This study selected 56 patients with uremia accompanied by skin pruritus who were admitted to our hospital from January to December 2023 and received hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion for treatment. The 1st to 6th month was used as the reference group (28 cases), and conventional nursing intervention was used. The 7th to 12th month was used as the experimental group (28 cases), and detailed nursing intervention was used. The scores of skin pruritus, nursing satisfaction, and negative emotions of the two groups of patients were compared. Results The skin pruritus score, anxiety and depression score of the experimental group after nursing were significantly reduced compared with those of the reference group, and there were differences (P＜0.05); the nursing satisfaction scores of the experimental group, such as environmental comfort and health, were significantly increased compared with those of the reference group, and there were differences (P＜0.05). Conclusion In patients with uremia accompanied by skin pruritus treated with hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion, detailed nursing intervention can effectively reduce the degree of skin pruritus, improve patients anxiety and other negative emotions, and improve their nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of promotion.
