Objective This paper focuses on the clinical effect of evidence-based nursing applied to three-chamber pacemaker in the treatment of patients with cardiomyopathy. Methods A total of 91 patients with cardiomyopathy who underwent three-chamber pacemaker therapy in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2024 were selected as the research subjects, and the patients were divided into two groups to carry out different nursing interventions, the patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention, and the patients in the study group were given evidence-based nursing to compare the nursing effect. Results The scores of negative emotions (SAS and SDS) were lower in the study group (P<0.05) and higher in the study group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing to the treatment of patients with cardiomyopathy with three-chamber pacemaker has an ideal effect, effectively improves the bad mood of patients, encourages patients to actively cooperate with the medical public with a good attitude, improves the quality of life of patients, and makes patients feel satisfied.
