Objective To analyze the effect of integrated Chinese and Western medicine nursing intervention in early age-related cataract patients. Methods experimental income samples are our hospital during April 2023 to April 2024 during early age-related cataract patients, a total of 90 cases, computer randomization as the standard, the participants are divided into two groups, the control group (routine care), observation group (combining traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing intervention), in the implementation of two groups of patients related index data records, combined with statistical system comparison observation, analysis of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing intervention application value. Results The rate of complications of patients in the observation group was lower than that of the other group, and the data of nursing quality, total clinical efficiency and postoperative compliance behavior showed high advantages compared with the other group. The P value was 0.05, which showed statistical significance. Conclusion The implementation of nursing intervention with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in early age-related cataract patients can significantly improve the quality of nursing care and postoperative medical compliance behavior, reduce the incidence of complications, promote the improvement of curative effect, and the overall effect is accurate, which is suitable for promotion.
