Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of holistic nursing in clinical nursing of hepatitis B patients. Methods 60 patients with hepatitis B who were admitted to our hospital from February 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into groups according to the random number table (n=30). Routine nursing was given to the control group, and holistic nursing was given to the study group. The psychological status, quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the patients in the two groups were compared. Results After implementing different nursing plans, the SAS and SDS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group; The SF-36 scores of the research group were higher than those of the control group in all dimensions; The overall satisfaction rate of nursing in the research group (96.67%) was higher than that in the control group (80.00%), with P<0.05. Conclusion The implementation of holistic nursing care for patients with hepatitis B can significantly reduce the negative emotions of patients, promote their quality of life, and the recognition of patients is high. It is suggested that it be used for reference and further promoted in the follow-up clinical practice.
